I know Cesars resorts in the poconos(http://www.caesarspoconoresorts.com/index.aspx) has a champagne shaped spa but that is a bit of a jump for a quick escape and it’s cold there. Anyone know of anyplace in the western side of the US (CO/NV/NM/CA)? I wanted to surprise my DH but a flight to NYC is 14 hours (eek). I live in LA and would love to find a fun romantic spot to play. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, I’m looking to stay by the beach in Los Angeles for a few days to relax and rejuvenate myself over spring break after a stressful semester, and just getting out of a long term relationship unexpectedly. I want to be close to Venice Beach and the Sant Monica Pier. Keep in mind I will be going alone, and will stay 2-3 nights. Thanks.

Thanks for answering!

I want to treat myself to a 1 or 2 night stay at a spa and resort - drink mai tais by the pool or mud bath, sleep until noon in fluffy beds, have a few spa treatments - you get the idea.

I live in San Diego, but spend most of the week in LA. Any suggestions? I can’t afford big bills right now, so I am looking for something under $250 per night.

I have stayed in Palm Springs before, but like something a little closer to San Diego or LA.

Thanks!
